 On 12 & 13 April 2008 the Cape Unicorns Polocrosse Club hosted the first ever polocrosse tournament at the picturesque Nelson Wine Estate on the R44 near Windmeul, in the Paarl countryside.
The level of play was of an exceptional standard and very evenly matched - resulting in spectacular game play and nail biting 'sudden death' play-off's in the finals! Several of the country's top players were competing in the A Division matches.
